I live in the Provence, France, after many years travelling and learning to cook from different cultures, and spices from all over the world. My natural kitchen is a beautiful mix of the colourful Mediterranean cuisine, the flavours of the middle east and the healthy ayurvedic homeostasis, mostly based on vegetables. But the most important ingredient is <love>, the love for vegetables, the love for cooking, the love for sharing food with others.
